In a frying pan sauté everything with olive oil until they become soft.

Preheat oven to 3500F.
In a large bowl, mix everything but Mozzarella Shreds with sautéed vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
In a buttered-up baking tray, add pasta mix and top with Mozzarella Shreds. Bake for ~15 mins.
