Smokey Baked Penne

sautéed vegetables

zucchini, sliced

garlic, chopped

  1. In a frying pan sauté everything with olive oil until they become soft.

Smoked Provolone Slices cut in strips

penne, cooked and drained

100g

coconut cream

300g

tomato sauce

¼cup

sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

pepper

Mozzarella Shreds

  1. Preheat oven to 3500F.

  2. In a large bowl, mix everything but Mozzarella Shreds with sautéed vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. In a buttered-up baking tray, add pasta mix and top with Mozzarella Shreds. Bake for ~15 mins.
