In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium high heat. Infuse vegetable oil with white ends of green onions.
In a saucer, make a paste with vegetable oil and flour.
Spread some paste to connect 3 dumpling wrappers per pancake.
Add lots of green onions and roll lengthwise. Fold the roll into a spiral (like a cinnamon bun).
Flatten with your palm. Pan fry with the green onion oil until golden.
