Chinese Red Leaf Spinach 红米苋

1bunch

red leaf spinach, destemmed, washed, and dried

5cloves

garlic, minced

vegetable oil

½teaspoon

salt

  1. In a pan, heat up vegetable oil over high heat. Cook half of garlic until fragrant.

  2. Add red leaf spinach and salt.

  3. When you're almost done cooking, add the rest of garlic. Serve!
