Thanksgiving Grilled Cheese

cranberry sauce, plus more for dipping

rye sandwich bread

Roast & Wild Rice Stuffing

vegan swiss cheese

  1. Spread 2 tablespoons leftover cranberry sauce on each of 2 slices of rye sandwich bread. Top with 2 slices each Tofurky Roast.

  2. Divide all ingredients between two sandwiches. Start by spreading leftover cranberry sauce

    on the inside of the rye sandwich bread.

  3. Top with Tofurky Roast, vegan swiss cheese. Close sandwich.

vegan butter, divided

  1. In a medium skillet over medium heat, melt half the vegan butter. Place a sandwich in the pan and cook until browned and crisp on the both sides (~5 mins).

  2. Serve with extra leftover cranberry sauce for dipping.
