portobello mushrooms, stems removed
marinara sauce, prepared
red pepper flakes
Italian Sausage crumbled
vegan mozzarella, shredded
fresh basil, torn or cut into ribbons
Preheat oven to 375℉.
In a lightly-oiled baking sheet,
place portobello mushrooms with underside facing up. Rub all over with olive oil and bake until softened (20 mins).
Top portobello mushrooms with everything but fresh basil. Bake until vegan mozzarella is melted and browned (15 mins).
To serve, top with fresh basil.
