¼ | cup | marinara sauce, prepared plus more for serving | ||

1 | cup | vegan mozzarella, shredded | ||

red pepper flakes, to taste | ||||
dried oregano, to taste | ||||
2 | tablespoons | olive oil |
Divide all ingredients between two sandwiches.
In a large skillet heat oil over medium. Add sandwiches and cook, flipping once, until browned on both sides.
Serve with more marinara sauce.
