In a medium shallow bowl, whisk everything together until smooth.
4 | slices | soft white sandwich bread | ||
2 | teaspoons | Dijon mustard | ||

4 | slices | vegan Swiss cheese | ||
2 | tablespoons | vegan butter |
Spread 2 slices of soft white sandwich bread with Dijon mustard and top each with 5 Smoked Ham Deli Slices and 2 vegan Swiss cheese slices. Close sandwich.
In a skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon vegan butter. Dip both sides of the sandwich into the egg mixture, and fry, flipping once, until golden brown on both sides. Repeat with the other sandwich.
