ice cold unsweetened soy milk

½teaspoon

black pepper

  1. In a medium shallow bowl, whisk everything together until smooth.

soft white sandwich bread

Dijon mustard

Smoked Ham Deli Slices

4slices

vegan Swiss cheese

2tablespoons

vegan butter

  1. Spread 2 slices of soft white sandwich bread with Dijon mustard and top each with 5 Smoked Ham Deli Slices and 2 vegan Swiss cheese slices. Close sandwich.

  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon vegan butter. Dip both sides of the sandwich into the egg mixture, and fry, flipping once, until golden brown on both sides. Repeat with the other sandwich.

  1. To serve, sprinkle powdered sugar and red currant jelly on the side.
