Jalapeño Popper Ham and Cheese Sandwiches |

4 | jalapeños, cut into 4 long pieces each around the core of seeds | |||
4 | slices | vegan sandwich bread | ||
4 | tablespoons | vegan cream cheese, softened | ||
4 | ounces | vegan cheddar cheese, shredded | ||

2 | tablespoons | vegan mayo |
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Place jalapeños to soften and brown slightly (~5 mins).
Spread vegan sandwich bread with 1 tablespoon of vegan cream cheese. Top with 2 jalapeños, vegan cheddar cheese, Smoked Ham Deli Slices and the other bread slice with vegan cream cheese facing in.
Spread vegan mayo on the outside of the sandwich.
In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, grill sandwiches on both side until golden brown. Cut in half to serve
