vegan mozzarella cheese, broken into chunks
marinara sauce, prepared
Italian Sausage sliced
Preheat oven to 450℉. Lightly oil a 10” cast-iron skillet.
Press pizza dough into skillet so it comes part way up the sides. Scatter half the vegan mozzarella cheese over the dough.
Top with marinara sauce, Italian Sausage, and kale. Scatter remaining vegan mozzarella cheese over top.
Bake until well browned and bubbling (~25 mins). Let cool for 10 mins before cutting and serving.
