Deep Dish Sausage Kale Pizza

pizza dough, prepared

8ounces

vegan mozzarella cheese, broken into chunks

1cup

marinara sauce, prepared

Italian Sausage sliced

kale, shredded

  1. Preheat oven to 450℉. Lightly oil a 10” cast-iron skillet.

  2. Press pizza dough into skillet so it comes part way up the sides. Scatter half the vegan mozzarella cheese over the dough.


  3. Top with marinara sauce, Italian Sausage, and kale. Scatter remaining vegan mozzarella cheese over top.

  4. Bake until well browned and bubbling (~25 mins). Let cool for 10 mins before cutting and serving.
