BBQ Chick’n Tacos

sautéed vegetables

vegetable oil

red bell pepper, de-seeded and thinly sliced

green bell pepper, de-seeded and thinly sliced

1medium

onion, thinly sliced

  1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add everything to sauté until softened (8 mins).

¾teaspoon

fine sea salt

taco shells

Barbecue Chick'n

½cup

barbecue sauce

2cups

vegan cheddar, shredded

  1. Preheat oven to 375℉.

  2. Place taco shells in a baking dish so they stand upright. Fill with sautéed vegetables and Barbecue Chick'n.

  3. Drizzle with barbecue sauce. Top with vegan cheddar.


  4. Bake until vegan cheddar is melted and tacos are slightly browned (15 mins).
