Wicked Easy Mashed Potatoes

mashing potatoes, washed, skin on, cut into 1/6’s

1⁄3cup

plant-based butter

1⁄3cup

unsweetened plant-based milk

2-3tablespoon

plant-based butter

fresh ground black pepper, to taste

salt, to ttaste

  1. In a large pot, place the mashing potatoes. Cover with sufficient water and allow the mixture to boil on medium-high heat.

  2. Check on the mashing potatoes after 5 minutes. Once the potatoes are fork tender remove from heat, strain and place them once again in the original pot.

  3. Add everything and mash using a potato masher until the mixture is free of lumps and smooth. Enjoy immediately.
