garlic, minced or pressed
firm tofu, drained and mashed
walnuts, finely ground
brown lentils, cooked
Preheat the oven to 375°F/190°C.
In a skillet over high heat, sauté the celery, onion, and garlic with a few drops of water for until tender (5 mins). Remove from heat and cool.
Stir in the cooked mixture and remaining ingredients, and combine well.
Spoon the mixture into a parchment-lined loaf pan. Top with a layer of BBQ sauce.
Bake until until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean (~60 mins)
