Oat Cocoa Power Balls |

2 | cups | rolled oats | ||
½ | cup | raw cashews | ||
2 | tablespoons | maca | ||
½ | cup | hemp seeds hearts | ||
1 | teaspoon | cinnamon | ||
8 | Medjool dates, pitted | |||
2 | tablespoons | maple syrup | ||
¼ | cup | almond butter | ||
½ | teaspoon | sea salt | ||

In a food processor, blend rolled oats and raw cashews until a coarse meal.
Add to pulse maca, hemp seeds hearts, cinnamon, and sea salt a few times to mix.
Add to pulse maple syrup and almond butter.
Slowly add Medjool dates. You may need to add more depending on how dry the dates are.
The mixture should be dry enough to form balls but not too sticky. If too dry, add more Medjool dates, maple syrup, or almond butter. If too wet, add more rolled oats.
Roll into balls, then roll in cocoa powder.
