Oat Cocoa Power Balls

2cups

rolled oats

½cup

raw cashews

2tablespoons

maca

½cup

hemp seeds hearts

1teaspoon

cinnamon

Medjool dates, pitted

2tablespoons

maple syrup

¼cup

almond butter

½teaspoon

sea salt

cocoa powder

  1. In a food processor, blend rolled oats and raw cashews until a coarse meal.

  2. Add to pulse maca, hemp seeds hearts, cinnamon, and sea salt a few times to mix.

  3. Add to pulse maple syrup and almond butter.

  4. Slowly add Medjool dates. You may need to add more depending on how dry the dates are.

  5. The mixture should be dry enough to form balls but not too sticky. If too dry, add more Medjool dates, maple syrup, or almond butter. If too wet, add more rolled oats.

  6. Roll into balls, then roll in cocoa powder.
