James' Protein Bars

dates, chopped and soaked in warm water for a minimum of 20 minutes

1 ½ cup

warm water

3cups

regular oatmeal

cup

cocoa powder

1medium

ripe banana

1 ½cup

walnuts

6scoops

unflavored pea powder protein

  1. Use a parchment paper and line a 8x8 baking pan.

  2. In a food processor, place the soaked dates with water and turn on. Add everything and combine until the mixture becomes smooth in consistency.

  3. Spread the mixture in the pan and place in the refrigerator to firm up. Slice into 8 pieces.
