James' Overnight Oats

1cup

unsweetened soy milk

½cup

oatmeal

1tablespoon

ground flaxseed

2tablespoons

hemp seeds

1tablespoon

peanut butter

1cup

frozen mixed berries

1medium

banana, mashed

  1. Add all ingredients and stir well. Cover and leave in refrigerator overnight.

  2. The next day, just stir and enjoy. You can eat it cold, or warm it up.
