In a food processor, place the nuts and blend until crumbled. Transfer the mixture into a bowl and leave aside.
Add the dates, vanilla extract and water and blend until it forms a paste consistency. Scrape the sides of the bowl a few times and process again.
Add both mixtures and blend again. Add the balance ingredients and pulse once more or you can mix the ingredients by hand.
Form balls out of the mixture by pressing the mixture firmly into a teaspoon. Free the dough from the teaspoon and place on a serving plate.
Serve immediately or chilled.
