Vegan Mac and Cheese with Garlic Butter Breadcrumbs |

1.5 | cups | vegan cheddar cheese | ||
1 | tablespoon | nutritional yeast | ||
1/2 | teaspoon | garlic powder | ||
1/2 | teaspoon | paprika | ||
1 | tablespoon | vegan butter | ||
1 | cup | unsweetened almond milk | ||
1/2 | teaspoon | black pepper | ||
1/4 | teaspoon | salt, to taste. | ||

Melt vegan butter, then add garlic powder, and nutritional yeast.
Slowly whisk unsweetened almond milk in, then add vegan cheddar cheese.
Add paprika, and black pepper. Taste, and add salt only if needed.

1 | clove | garlic, finely minced | ||
1/2 | teaspoon | sesame seeds | ||
1 | tablespoon | vegan butter | ||
1/2 | teaspoon | dried parsley | ||

Melt vegan butter, then add garlic, and sesame seeds.
Add panko breadcrumbs, and dried parsley. Toast this mixture until the panko breadcrumbs are golden brown.

1 | portion | Vegan Cheese Sauce | ||
1 | portion | Vegan Garlic Butter Breadcrumbs |
Cook pasta as directed on package.
Add Vegan Cheese Sauce, and mix until combined.
Top with Vegan Garlic Butter Breadcrumbs, and serve.
