Vegan Mac and Cheese with Garlic Butter Breadcrumbs

Vegan Cheese Sauce

1.5cups

vegan cheddar cheese

1tablespoon

nutritional yeast

1/2teaspoon

garlic powder

1/2teaspoon

paprika

1tablespoon

vegan butter

1cup

unsweetened almond milk

1/2teaspoon

black pepper

1/4teaspoon

salt, to taste.

  1. Melt vegan butter, then add garlic powder, and nutritional yeast.

  2. Slowly whisk unsweetened almond milk in, then add vegan cheddar cheese.

  3. Add paprika, and black pepper. Taste, and add salt only if needed.

Vegan Garlic Butter Breadcrumbs

3tablespoons

panko breadcrumbs

1clove

garlic, finely minced

1/2teaspoon

sesame seeds

1tablespoon

vegan butter

1/2teaspoon

dried parsley

  1. Melt vegan butter, then add garlic, and sesame seeds.

  2. Add panko breadcrumbs, and dried parsley. Toast this mixture until the panko breadcrumbs are golden brown.

  1. Cook pasta as directed on package.

  2. Add Vegan Cheese Sauce, and mix until combined.

  3. Top with Vegan Garlic Butter Breadcrumbs, and serve.
