Spicy Maple Miso Sugar Snap Peas |

Whisk miso paste miso paste and sesame oil sesame oil until a paste forms, then combine with the rest of the ingredients and set aside.

1/4 | medium | yellow onion, thinly sliced | ||
1/2 | teaspoon | sesame seeds, to top | ||
1 | tablespoon | sesame oil | ||
1 | stalk | green onions, thinly sliced | ||

Toss sugar snap peas and yellow onion slices with the
Heat the pan up to really high heat, add sesame oil.
Quickly throw sugar snap peas and onions into the pan, and move the vegetables quickly so they get a light char.
Take off heat, and plate.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds, and green onions.
