Maple Miso Roasted Brussel Sprouts |

3 | tablespoons | miso paste | ||
2 | tablespoons | maple syrup | ||
1 | tablespoon | sesame oil | ||
1/2 | teaspoon | garlic powder | ||
1 | tablespoon | rice vinegar | ||

Mix all ingredients until well combined.
1 | lb | brussel sprouts, halved or quartered | ||
1 | portion | Maple Miso Sauce | ||
3 | tablespoons | olive oil | ||
1/2 | tablespoon | roasted sesame seeds |
Save 1 tablespoon of Maple Miso Sauce.
Preheat oven to 400F.
Toss brussel sprouts in olive oil, and place them on a roasting pan.
Roast the brussel sprouts for about 10 minutes, then take them out and coat them in the remaining Maple Miso Sauce.
Roast for another 10 - 15 minutes, until brussel sprouts look crispy and golden brown.
Glaze with the 1 tablespoon of Maple Miso Sauce, then garnish with roasted sesame seeds.
Serve.
