Maple Miso Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Maple Miso Sauce

3tablespoons

miso paste

2tablespoons

maple syrup

1tablespoon

sesame oil

1/2teaspoon

garlic powder

1tablespoon

rice vinegar

  1. Mix all ingredients until well combined.

Main Ingredients

brussel sprouts, halved or quartered

1portion

Maple Miso Sauce

3tablespoons

olive oil

1/2tablespoon

roasted sesame seeds

  1. Save 1 tablespoon of Maple Miso Sauce.

  2. Preheat oven to 400F.

  3. Toss brussel sprouts in olive oil, and place them on a roasting pan.

  4. Roast the brussel sprouts for about 10 minutes, then take them out and coat them in the remaining Maple Miso Sauce.

  5. Roast for another 10 - 15 minutes, until brussel sprouts look crispy and golden brown.

  6. Glaze with the 1 tablespoon of Maple Miso Sauce, then garnish with roasted sesame seeds.

  7. Serve.
