Mix all ingredients until well combined.

Maple Miso Sauce

Save 1 tablespoon of Maple Miso Sauce.
Preheat oven to 400F.
Toss brussel sprouts in olive oil, and place them on a roasting pan.
Roast the brussel sprouts for about 10 minutes, then take them out and coat them in the remaining Maple Miso Sauce.
Roast for another 10 - 15 minutes, until brussel sprouts look crispy and golden brown.
Glaze with the 1 tablespoon of Maple Miso Sauce, then garnish with roasted sesame seeds.
