1 | cup | oat or almond or rice milk | ||
1/2 | teaspoon | salt | ||
1/2 | teaspoon | black pepper | ||
1 | cup | panko | ||
1/2 | cup | cornmeal | ||
1/4 | cup | rice flour | ||
1 | tablespoon | corn starch | ||
1 | teaspoon | oregano | ||
1 | teaspoon | thyme | ||
1 | teaspoon | garlic powder | ||
1 | teaspoon | paprika | ||
1 | teaspoon | salt | ||
1/2 | teaspoon | black pepper | ||
1/2 | teaspoon | allspice |
prepare 3 bowls.
bowl 1 is flour, salt and pepper
bowl 2 is plant milk, salt and pepper
bowl 3 is the rest of the ingredients
Dip tofu pieces into each bowl, consecutively
deep fry or air fry till golden brown and crispy
