Sichuan Cold Tofu Salad

toasted sesame oil

soy sauce

vegan hoisin sauce

black vinegar

2tablespoons

chili oil

  1. In a bowl, mix all dressing ingredients but silken tofu.

  2. In a bowl, place tofu and pour dressing over.

  1. Gently cut silken tofu into 1" cubes.
