Peach Kuchela |

6 | unripe peaches, peeled, grated | |||
1-4 | chilis, seeded | |||
3 | cloves | garlic, minced | ||
1/2 | cup | mustard oil | ||
1 | teaspoon | salt | ||
1.5 | tablespoons | amchar masala |
Grate the peaches into a bowl.
Chop the habanero and garlic.
In a cold pan or pot, add mustard oil, habanero and garlic. Over low flame, heat this up till slightly bubbly.
Add salt and amchar masala and mix.
Pour over the grated peaches, mix well and let sit a day before serving.
