Peach Kim chi

peaches, peeled, halved, pitted, sliced

garlic

fresh ginger

green onions

jalapeno (optional)

small sheet nori (optional)

fermented tofu

1/4cup

korean pepper powder (gochujaru)

  1. Slice peaches. Set aside


  2. Make a paste of the rest of the ingredients in a food processor or mortar and pestle.

  3. Toss the peach slices gently in the paste, cover and let sit 3 days, then refrigerate.
