1 | small sheet nori (optional) | |||
1 | cube | fermented tofu | ||
1/4 | cup | korean pepper powder (gochujaru) |
Slice peaches. Set aside
Make a paste of the rest of the ingredients in a food processor or mortar and pestle.
Toss the peach slices gently in the paste, cover and let sit 3 days, then refrigerate.
