coconut oil

black mustard seeds

2 teaspoons

cumin seeds

red onion, chopped

chilis of your choice

peaches, peeled, pitted, chopped

1teaspoon

fenugreek

1 cup

rice vinegar

1cup

coconut sugar

  1. In a saucepan add oil and mustard seeds and cumin seeds until you hear the seeds pop,

  2. add red onion and sauté 10 minutes.

  3. Add ginger and chili and saute another minute.

  4. Add peaches and fenugreek and cook 10 more minutes.

  5. Add vinegar and coconut sugar, mix well, bring to simmer, cover, lower heat and cook half hour.
