Momo Karashi (Japanese peach mustard)

1tablespoon

mustard powder

1tablespoon

peach puree

1tablespoon

water

  1. Simply mix the ingredients together.

  2. cover and let sit a half hour before using.

  3. Note: This is VERY strong and intense so should be used like wasabi; just a dab will do ya.
