  1. In a pot, bring all ingredients to a boil over medium-high heat. Then, lower the heat to simmer for 30m. Strain.

  1. In a pot, bring 2 cups of kombu dashi and all ingredients to a boil over medium-high heat.

  1. In a separate pot, cook ramen noodles until al dente.

sesame oil

green onion, chopped

  1. In a bowl, add ramen followed by kimchi and sprouts.

  2. Pour soup into the bowl over the ingredients.

  3. Add sesame oil and green onion. Serve!
