In a pot, bring all ingredients to a boil over medium-high heat. Then, lower the heat to simmer for 30m. Strain.

1 | tablespoon | gochujaru | ||
1 | tablespoon | soy sauce | ||

In a pot, bring 2 cups of kombu dashi and all ingredients to a boil over medium-high heat.

In a separate pot, cook ramen noodles until al dente.

¼ | cup | mung bean sprouts | ||
sesame oil | ||||
green onion, chopped |
In a bowl, add ramen followed by kimchi and sprouts.
Pour soup into the bowl over the ingredients.
Add sesame oil and green onion. Serve!
