Asparagus Pakoras

coconut oil, melted

lemon juice

coriander powder

  1. In a bowl, add all batter ingredients, except for water.

  2. Add water and whisk well until very light (2m).

asparagus, cut into 2" pieces

  1. Dip asparagus in batter and deep fry until crisp.
