Asparagus Pakoras |

2 | tablespoons | coconut oil, melted | ||
1 | tablespoon | lemon juice | ||
2 | teaspoons | coriander powder | ||
1 | teaspoons | sea salt | ||
½ | teaspoon | baking powder | ||
½ | teaspoon | cayenne pepper | ||
½ | teaspoon | turmeric powder | ||
1 | teaspoon | garam masala | ||
1 | cup | water |
In a bowl, add all batter ingredients, except for water.
Add water and whisk well until very light (2m).
1 | bunch | asparagus, cut into 2" pieces |
Dip asparagus in batter and deep fry until crisp.
