Vietnamese Lemongrass OmniPork Skewers with Yuzu and Lime Sauce

marinade

Omnipork®, defrosted

1piece

shallots, chopped

2teaspoons

vegan fish sauce

2teaspoons

Mrs. So yuzu and lime sauce

1teaspoon

sugar

  1. In a bowl, marinate Omnipork® in all ingredients for 10 mins.

  2. Wrap

3sticks

lemongrass, washed, halved lengthwise and crushed until flat

oil

1teaspoon

lime sauce

  1. Wrap Omnipork around lemongrass stick.  

  2. In a pan, add oil and place Omnipork skewers into to fry until golden brown (7-8 mins).

  3. Serve with lime sauce.
