Vietnamese Lemongrass OmniPork Skewers with Yuzu and Lime Sauce |

220 | g | Omnipork®, defrosted | ||
1 | piece | shallots, chopped | ||
2 | teaspoons | vegan fish sauce | ||
2 | teaspoons | Mrs. So yuzu and lime sauce | ||
1 | teaspoon | sugar |
In a bowl, marinate Omnipork® in all ingredients for 10 mins.
Wrap
3 | sticks | lemongrass, washed, halved lengthwise and crushed until flat | ||
oil | ||||
1 | teaspoon | lime sauce |
Wrap Omnipork around lemongrass stick.
In a pan, add oil and place Omnipork skewers into to fry until golden brown (7-8 mins).
Serve with lime sauce.
