red onion, diced into small pieces
In a wok, heat and stir the red onion. Add some water and potato to stir-fry until 70% cooked.
Add Omnipork® and quickly stir.

Add everything to coat the ingredients. Set aside to cool.

On a sheet, place fillings near a corner edge. Fold over the corners. Seal by brushing flour water along the edges.
Deep fry until golden brown. Serve hot.
