Thai Green Curry OmniPork Spring Roll

Omnipork®, rested at room temperature

potato, diced into small pieces

red onion, diced into small pieces

  1. In a wok, heat and stir the red onion. Add some water and potato to stir-fry until 70% cooked.

  2. Add Omnipork® and quickly stir.

Thai Green Curry Sauce

1/2teaspoon

sugar

1teaspoon

sesame oil

  1. Add everything to coat the ingredients. Set aside to cool.

spring roll sheets, defrosted

  1. On a sheet, place fillings near a corner edge. Fold over the corners. Seal by brushing flour water along the edges.

  2. Deep fry until golden brown. Serve hot.
