Season Omnipork® with salt. Steam for 4 mins. Cut into small diamond shape.
Coat Omnipork® with corn starch.
Deep fry over medium heat for 1 min. Drain and set aside.
In a bowl, mix everything.
green bell pepper, blanched
red bell pepper, blanched
In a saucepan, add all ingredients with sweet and sour sauce and Omnipork. Stir fry thoroughly. Serve.
