Sweet and Sour OmniPork

salt

corn starch

  1. Season Omnipork® with salt. Steam for 4 mins. Cut into small diamond shape.

  2. Coat Omnipork® with corn starch.

  3. Deep fry over medium heat for 1 min. Drain and set aside.

sweet and sour sauce

rice vinegar

brown sugar

½slice

hawthorn

tomato sauce

dried plum

Ok sauce

Worcestershire sauce

  1. In a bowl, mix everything.

green bell pepper, blanched

pineapple, blanched

red bell pepper, blanched

  1. In a saucepan, add all ingredients with sweet and sour sauce and Omnipork. Stir fry thoroughly. Serve.
