Stuffed OmniPork Green Chili Peppers

dried shiitake mushroom, soaked overnight and diced

1teaspoon

sesame oil

sugar

  1. Marinate mushrooms with sesame oil, salt, sugar. Steam until cooked (2 hours).

Omnipork®, defrosted

ginger, minced

vegetarian oyster sauce

1tablespoon

corn starch

spring onion, diced

5pieces

green chili pepper, halved

oil

  1. Mix everything but green chili pepper and oil.

  2. Stuff mix into green chili pepper.

  3. In a pan, add oil to fry each side of green chili pepper for 1 min.

  1. Drizzle soy sauce to serve.
