Steamed Tofu with OmniPork and Preserved Olive Pickle

Omnipork®, defrosted

1tablespoon

soy sauce

1teaspoon

sugar

1teaspoon

cornstarch

  1. Marinade Omnipork® in all marinade sauce ingredients.

1big box

soft tofu, cubed

tablespoon

preserved olive pickles

1teaspoon

garlic, minced

  1. On a plate, place soft tofu first. Top with preserved olive pickles, Omnipork and garlic.

  2. Steam over high-heat for 8 mins. Remove dripping water vapor from plate.

Sauce

1tablespoon

soy sauce

1tablespoon

oil

1teaspoon

sugar

  1. In a pot, heat up sauce ingredients. Pour over steamed tofu.

spring onion, diced

  1. Serve with spring onion.
