In a heated pot, cook onion until soft. Remove half the onion.
Add half carrot, tomatoes, tomato paste, water, and thyme into the pot. Cover with lid and cook over medium-heat for 10 mins.
Remove thyme and blend sauce. Boil sauce again.

Stir in everything into sauce.

Marinate Omnipork® with everything, onion and half carrot from earlier.
In a pan, fry patty with more oil until golden brown (2 mins).
Serve spaghetti and top with patty.
