Spaghetti with Pan-fried OmniPork Patty and Tomato Sauce

onion, diced

carrot, diced

tomatoes, chopped

tomato paste

thyme

water

  1. In a heated pot, cook onion until soft. Remove half the onion.

  2. Add half carrot, tomatoes, tomato paste, water, and thyme into the pot. Cover with lid and cook over medium-heat for 10 mins.

  3. Remove thyme and blend sauce. Boil sauce again.

vegan oyster sauce

  1. Stir in everything into sauce.

Omnipork®, defrosted

4tablespoons

Egg

1tablespoon

corn starch

1teaspoon

light soy sauce

1teaspoon

sugar

pepper

  1. Marinate Omnipork® with everything, onion and half carrot from earlier.

  2. In a pan, fry patty with more oil until golden brown (2 mins).

  1. Serve spaghetti and top with patty.
