1 | pinch | ground white pepper | ||
1 | pinch | sugar | ||
drizzle | Sichuan pepper oil | |||
1/2 | teaspoon | light soy sauce | ||
1/2 | teaspoon | spicy bean paste | ||
2/3 | teaspoon | Sichuan pepper powder | ||
1 | teaspoon | ginger, minced |
Add Omnipork® with all ingredients and mix well.

Mix everything in Omnipork mix.
In a pan over medium-heat, fry patties until golden (3 mins each side).

In a bowl, mix everything.
Brush sauce on patties several times each side. Turn off heat and wait for 1 min before serving.
