Pan-fried Spicy OmniPork Patties

marinade

Omnipork®, defrosted

drizzle

oil

1pinch

ground white pepper

1pinch

sugar

drizzle

Sichuan pepper oil

1/2teaspoon

light soy sauce

1/2teaspoon

spicy bean paste

2/3teaspoon

Sichuan pepper powder

1teaspoon

ginger, minced

  1. Add Omnipork® with all ingredients and mix well.

cabbage, shredded, mixed with a pinch of salt and squeeze out water

Shimeji mushroom, shredded and pan-fried

  1. Mix everything in Omnipork mix.

  2. In a pan over medium-heat, fry patties until golden (3 mins each side).

dark soy sauce

  1. In a bowl, mix everything.

  2. Brush sauce on patties several times each side. Turn off heat and wait for 1 min before serving.
