OmniPork Mapo Tofu

chili powder

1teaspoon

Sichuan pepper powder

Omnipork®

1/2bowl

celery, diced

2tablespoons

fermented spicy broad bean aste

2teaspoons

vegan oyster sauce

2blocks

soft tofu, diced

vegetable stock

cornstarch

2teaspoons

chili oil

2teaspoons

Sichuan peppercorn oil

  1. In a wok, fry chili powder, Sichuan pepper powder over medium heat.

  2. Once wok is hot, add Omnipork® and break it up into small grains with a spatula. Add to stir-fry celery for 1 min.

  3. Add fermented spicy broad bean aste to coat the ingredients. Add vegan oyster sauce.

  4. Evenly spread soft tofu over Omnipork®. Pour vegetable stock and bring to a simmer.

  5. Add cornstarch and stir until sauce thickens. 

  6. To serve, add chili oil and Sichuan peppercorn oil.
