Lion mane mushroom, blanched, squeezed dry, diced into big pieces

1teaspoon

light soy sauce

ground pepper

spring onion, diced and blanched

  1. Marinate Lion mane mushroom in ½ teaspoon of light soy sauce and ground pepper.

  2. Pan fry Lion mane mushroom and Omnipork®. Set aside.

  1. In a bowl, whisk everything. Pan fry until half-cooked.

green string beans, diced

  1. In a wok, add everything to cook. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.

ginger, minced and blanched

  1. In a heated wok, add oil to fry ginger, leftover rice, and salt. 

½teaspoon

light soy sauce

  1. Add everything else into the rice with light soy sauce. Serve.
