In a bowl, combine everything.

Marinate Omnipork® and onion for 10 mins in marinade until sticky. Separate and shape into 3 meatballs

1 | yellow peach, peeled and sliced | |||

2 | tablespoons | Vegan Thousand Island dressing | ||

In a pan, heat corn oil over medium-high heat. Add meatballs and flatten to form a patty.
Fry for 2-3 mins each side. Cover pain with lid and cook until golden brown (3 mins).
Add yellow peach to cook until soft and caramelized.
Toast English muffin for 2 mins. Flip and top with Cheddar Style Slices.
Remove English muffin and place patty, Vegan Thousand Island dressing, yellow peach, lettuce in between to serve.
