OmniPork and Grilled Peach English Muffin

  1. In a bowl, combine everything.

Omnipork®

  1. Marinate Omnipork® and onion for 10 mins in marinade until sticky. Separate and shape into 3 meatballs

corn oil

yellow peach, peeled and sliced

English muffin, halved

Vegan Thousand Island dressing

  1. In a pan, heat corn oil over medium-high heat. Add meatballs and flatten to form a patty.

  2. Fry for 2-3 mins each side. Cover pain with lid and cook until golden brown (3 mins).

  3. Add yellow peach to cook until soft and caramelized.

  4. Toast English muffin for 2 mins. Flip and top with Cheddar Style Slices.

  5. Remove English muffin and place patty, Vegan Thousand Island dressing, yellow peach, lettuce in between to serve.
