Omnipork®, defrosted

soy sauce

1teaspoon

vegan oyster sauce

2teaspoons

sugar

white pepper

1pinch

five-spice powder

  1. Mix Omnipork® with marinade ingredients.

hard bean curd, cut into 12 pieces and soaked off until dry

cornstarch

  1. Pat cornstarch to one side of the hard bean curd. Put Omnipork mixture on it.

  2. In a pot, heat oil and fry Omnipork face down until golden brown. Flip to fry the other side.

  1. On a plate, place beancurd and top with bean paste and spring onion.
