radish, thinly sliced
broccoli, chopped into thumb-sized
garlic, finely diced
medium onion, finely diced
In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and medium onion until soft (~4 min).
Add to cook mustard powder and broccoli for 1 min.
Tip in radish and cook for 1 min. Pour vegetable stock, cover pan and bring to boil. Reduce heat to simmer.
Tip pasta and cook for 15 mins with lid off until broccoli is soft.
Remove pan from heat and stir in wild rocket until wilted. Serve.
