Blueberry jam |

½ | cup | chia seeds | ||
2 | tablespoon | water |
In a saucepan, bring blueberries and water to a boil. Turn off heat.
Whisk in chia seeds and lightly mash blueberries. The mixture should be thick after the chia seeds have expanded (~5 mins).
