Love & Lemons Guacamole Burger

lime, juiced

white onion, diced

cilantro, chopped including stems

coarse sea salt

  1. In a medium bowl, mash and combine everything. Season to taste.

sweet potatoes

extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling

chili powder

smoked paprika

cayenne pepper

freshly ground black pepper

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and parboil the sweet potatoes until they’re barely fork tender. Remove from the water. When cool to the touch, slice into wedges.


  2. Preheat a grill to medium heat. Drizzle the sweet potatoes with olive oil and pinches of sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Place on the hot grill until well charred (5-6 mins per side).

  3. After removing the sweet potatoes from the grill, sprinkle with the chili powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and more sea salt to taste.
