Beyond Sausage Brat Original

Pretzilla soft pretzel sausage bun

1cup

sauerkraut

1cup

dill pickle relish

4tablespoons

whole grain mustard

2tablespoons

vegan butter, melted

3tablespoons

vegetable oil

  1. Heat the grill or a nonstick pan to medium-high heat.


  2. Brush each Pretzilla soft pretzel sausage bun with vegan butter and place down into the pan. Toast until golden brown.


  3. Remove the buns and keep warm. Wipe the pan clean, place the Beyond Sausage Brat Original into the pan / grill.

  4. Turn links frequently until you reach an internal temperature of 165°F, ~6 mins.

  5. Place a small pot over low heat. Add the sauerkraut and gently warm throughout (~2 mins). Place the warm sauerkraut on each Pretzilla soft pretzel sausage bun, then add the Beyond Sausage Brat Original. Spoon over the dill pickle relish evenly, followed by the whole grain mustard. Enjoy!
