buffalo onion rings

Vidalia onion, sliced to ⅓" thick and separated

almond milk

hot sauce, divided

apple cider vinegar

all-purpose flour

panko bread crumbs

  1. Preheat oven to 450°

    F

  2. Take 3 medium or small mixing bowls. In the first bowl, combine the almond milk, 2 tsp. hot sauce and the apple cider vinegar. Whisk to combine until curdled and thickened. Let it sit for a few minutes while you get the rest of the breading ready.


  3. In the second bowl, stir to combine the all-purpose flour, Cayenne pepper and salt.

  4. In the third bowl, panko bread crumbs and remaining 1 tsp. of hot sauce. Stir, then massage the hot sauce into the panko bread crumbs to spread it around and evenly coat the panko bread crumbs.

  5. Take an onion, dip in the almond milk mixture, then place in the flour mixture, coat completely, shake off excess. Then back into the almond milk mixture and then into the panko bread crumbs to completely.


  6. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray, then place the onion ring on the baking sheet. Repeat the breading steps with all the onion rings. Place them on the baking sheet. When all of the rings are done spray the tops with more nonstick spray.

  7. Bake for 10-15 mins, flipping halfway through until brown and crispy.

  1. Cook Beyond Burger patties according to package instructions. Add 2 Follow Your Heart American cheese slices 1-2 minutes before patty is finished cooking.


  2. Cook vegan bacon according to package instructions


  3. To assemble, top bottom bun with vegan ranch followed by Beyond Burger, onion ring, vegan bacon, BBQ sauce followed by the top bun.
