Chinese Red Leaf Spinach 红米苋 |

1 | bunch | red leaf spinach, destemmed, washed, and dried | ||
5 | cloves | garlic, minced | ||
vegetable oil | ||||
½ | teaspoon | salt |
In a pan, heat up vegetable oil over high heat. Cook half of garlic until fragrant.
Add red leaf spinach and salt.
When you're almost done cooking, add the rest of garlic. Serve!
