Spicy Tempeh Wings

Organic Five Grain Tempeh Cake cut crosswise into 5 wide strips

vegetable oil

  1. Preheat the oven to 425℉.

  2. In a pot with 1” boiling water in the bottom, place a steamer basket on top. Place Organic Five Grain Tempeh Cake in it. Cover, and steam for 10 minutes.

  3. Transfer the to a large bowl and toss with vegetable oil.


  4. In a large baking sheet, lay Organic Five Grain Tempeh Cake in a single layer

    . Roast until browned (15 mins).

  1. In a medium saucepan combine everything to bring to a bare simmer. Remove from heat.

  1. In a large bowl, coat tempeh with hot sauce.
