2 | packets | Organic Five Grain Tempeh Cake cut crosswise into 5 wide strips | ||

Preheat the oven to 425℉.
In a pot with 1” boiling water in the bottom, place a steamer basket on top. Place Organic Five Grain Tempeh Cake in it. Cover, and steam for 10 minutes.
Transfer the to a large bowl and toss with vegetable oil.
In a large baking sheet, lay Organic Five Grain Tempeh Cake in a single layer
. Roast until browned (15 mins).

1 | clove | garlic, minced or pressed |
In a medium saucepan combine everything to bring to a bare simmer. Remove from heat.
In a large bowl, coat tempeh with hot sauce.
