broccoli rabe, stems trimmed

12ounces

fingerling potatoes, halved lengthwise

1cup

frozen pearl onions

2tablespoons

vegetable oil

1teaspoon

fine sea salt

½teaspoon

red pepper flakes

½teaspoon

dried oregano

  1. Preheat oven to 425℉.

  2. On a large baking sheet, arrange sausages and vegetables. Drizzle with vegetable oil and sprinkle with fine sea salt, red pepper flakes, and dried oregano.

  3. Roast vegetables until browned and tender (20 mins).
