marinara sauce, prepared plus more for serving

vegan mozzarella, shredded

basil

red pepper flakes, to taste

dried oregano, to taste

  1. Divide all ingredients between two sandwiches.

  2. In a large skillet heat oil over medium. Add sandwiches and cook, flipping once, until browned on both sides.


  3. Serve with more marinara sauce.
