Creamy Artichoke Dip

European Style Cultured Vegan Butter

onion, diced

marinated artichoke hearts, drained

1wheel

Classic Double Cream Chive Cheese Wheel

  1. Heat the Miyoko’s European Style Cultured Vegan Butter in a deep skillet / wide saucepan, and add the onion. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt, and saute the onion until translucent and tender.


  2. Add the marinated artichoke hearts and stir. Now break up the Miyoko’s Classic Double Cream Chive Vegan Cheese and add to the pan, stirring to combine all.


  3. Heat the mixture, stirring, until it is piping hot and melty looking.


  4. Serve hot with bread or crackers.
