Made in San Francisco with love by our friends at The Uncreamery. Small batch, hand-crafted artisanal almond based cheese. Excitingly spicy (but not too spicy!) and firm cheese with pickled jalapenos and delicious premium smoky ghost peppers. This unique blend of chilies lends an amazing flavor that adds a nice kick to any dish you make! Make the most perfect quesadilla or grilled cheese sandwich with it and pair with a glass of light wine such as Zinfandel or a cold beer.
